Paying off my old debt

I was a customer years ago , I don't know my old virgin landline mobile or even account number , I'm currently in the process of sorting my life out and virgin have listed the last 3 years as missed payments ruining my credit score......but I can't contact them without the above details which is kind of frustrating me.

I could however give them the address and postcode and my details but actually speaking to a human is currently impossible without my log in details.

Any info be greatly recieved thanks
