Password not working

I have just purchased virgin media broadband, TV and phone for my new home and tried to set up my account, but when I try to put in a strong password, nothing works.

I chose a date for installation, only to get an email to say you’d changed it to a date I can’t do, and I either need to change online or by phone, but I can’t set up an online account!

I’ve looked through to message board and tried everything! This better be sorted ASAP or I’ll cancel my order

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.

 I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble registering to My Virgin Media. Unfortunately, if your account has not yet been installed/activated, you may not be able to register for the service, as this is normally a platform for active services, to view any outstanding bills and contracts.

If you need to reschedule your installation, please call our Pre-Install Team on 0345 454 1111 (Option 3 - Option 1), so we can book a more suitable date/time.
