Hi there , We have lost our password to log into online. We have got our user name and went into select forgotten password . We have entered the last bill date and amount and it keeps saying invalid bill details. I have tried every possible combination on the bill we have incase I've miss keyed or misread the details but still the same issues.

Can we please confirm that this is your most recent bill for the account in question?
If so, we can go through to private message and pass security with alternative security to reset this for you manually. I'll pop you over a private message now if you double check the information you're using and if still having some trouble respond to this by going to the purple envelope in the top right of the screen.
