I would like to get a one-off paper bill, please?

Hi @Carllewis1989 

You should be able to print out a paper copy of your bill by logging into My Virgin Media at the top of the page.

Just download the pdf version of the bill from that page then on the page that opens click on the printer icon

Thank you for getting back to me guys. 

It has to be an original though, to verify my address for a credit card (virgin money 😂)

I've taken a photo of a copy and sent the pdf, but they won't accept it. 

Really need an original.
