Paid twice same day for services

I realised paid twice same day for TV broadband, thought the way I normally paid didn't go through, so fella used his card got bank statements says on both statement virgin media on same day, how checked credit on virgin media say in credit over 250, how do I get  payment back from January when paid double  been wiv years aswell

Hi Kedge79, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that the payment has been taken twice. You would be able to recall one of the payments via direct debit indemnity claim with the bank. ^Chris
