Packaging for returning equipment

I requested the return packaging a month ago, 5 whole weeks before my move out date. I have chased twice since. 

I do not want to be charged because VM say they have sent it and have no proof of a successful delivery which they are claiming. Today I was told I should ask my postman about where it is!

Can someone from VM advise on what the procedure is with this? No packaging means no return as I am moving abroad. I am unable to go to a store as was also suggested.

Sorry to hear that you haven't received your return package after a month of requesting it.


You can order your return pack on your own, This is still going to be prepaid.

Please enter your details and we'll send you the pre-paid packaging you need. We'll also include all the details you need about how to return the parcel to us.
