I have a broadband connection provided by Virgin Media
I gave Virgin notice I would be moving out of the country permanently on the 5th of September over 2/3 weeks ago.
I was told I'd receive a box to return my packaging. I have not received it. I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service this morning and they say that, because they've already sent the box 2 weeks ago, I will be charged. Again, I have never received the box, and I am leaving permanently tomorrow.
Please, can you help me solve this problem, I don't need this stress added to the stress of movinghomes.
