Over charges again

I’m at the end of my contract and contacting VM customer retention department is a full days challenge 

but on the plus side I looked at the contract I agreed to in January for the last 6 months of the contract and have found that what was offered and what has been charged are 2 very different things 

£8 off your next 4 bills and a reduction of £5.75 per month for the 6 months has not happened ! 
the first month ( February) bill was around £10 less not 13.75 and since then all bills have been at old price ( pre January) 

this seems to be the only place virgin put there mistake right. 
I’ve spent 7 hours today trying on what’s app chat to sort this. 
my phone and I are worn out !
