Just seen that the cover is missing on the external cable box.

Hi, just joined as I too have had the same issue with the external box missing its cover due to a recent storm. I am having difficulty contacting anyone to speak to about it and have been advised to join this Forum. Is it ok to 'jump' on this thread, or do I need to start a new one?
