Outbound retentions

We have told virgin that we are leaving and I was called by the outbound retentions team. I tried to contact them back on the number they gave but have been unable to do so. I have called customer service several times and been in loops between teams each time for over an hour each time. These loops bounced between several teams multiple times especially the inbound retentions team, who are not very good and their customer service is beyond awful. 

I am just trying to speak to someone from the team who called me and cannot cope with the customer service I have recieved up to now

I am sorry for any issues you have had contacting the team. 

I am afraid we do not have access to the tools to be able to offer/apply the deals previously discussed.
