So I missed two calls from your outbound calls centre, I called you back but apparently because they are outbound there is no way for me to speak to them. I find this crazy as my services end today am willing to listen to your offers but I can't speak to them and you don't have a mechanism to get them to contact me??????????

That’s how it is.

You declined offers from the Retentions department that you can speak to. You then cancelled your service.

There is no guarantee that Outbound Retentions will call you.

They did call you but you were unavailable to take their call.

I hope you have made alternative arrangements with another supplier.
