Oops something went wrong - my virgin media

Can’t get into the my virgin media account, same situation as others on here. Try to login and it comes up with the oops error on our end message. Cleared cache, used different browsers, etc. still nothing. Can you please help me out with this?

I’m having the same problem too, tried on ipad and phone, chrome, firefox and safari, and have cleared cache on all.

A warm welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

I am sorry to hear you're getting this error when accessing My VM

We are aware there was an issue yesterday where some customers where unable to sign into the online account but this has been resolved now.

Can you confirm if you are able to log in now?

If you've not already, I'd also recommend downloading the MY VM App, for the easiest way to manage your account on the go 🙂

Let me know how you get on so we can offer further support if needed.

Hi, I've just tried it now and still have the same issue. 

I have the my VM app on my phone, but I can't to the "my apps" section that I want to access.
