Hi all,
I have never found registering for something so exasperating! I won't go into the two weeks of even trying to register for the account before I got to here...
I joined VM 3 weeks ago now and still cannot fully access my Virgin Media account by the website, either by PC.
I can access via the app.
In Chrome I consistently get the error message "Oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side." and cannot never any further.
In Edge, I have accessed the account twice, but as soon as I tried to update any details, or access my profile, I either got the same error as above, or a script error. Since then I cannot get in by either browser.
I have cleared my cache and cookies in both browsers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to see you're having trouble accessing MyVM from the web portal.
