I cannot sign in to myvirginmedia via a web browser, I keep getting the message:

Oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side.
Please try again
 
I have tried clearing cache,  logging in via different devices and also logging in via Incognito mode.
 
Please advise.

I understand that you've done a lot of your own checks to see if they can help you access your online account. Can you please confirm if you're able to log in via the MyVirginMedia App on your mobile device?
