I have almost the same issue - I cannot remember my Primary account email but I was with ntlword which disappeared into the ether.

I am sorry you are having issues accessing your bill.

Can you give us some more info? As this is a separate thread?
Have you logged into your virgin media account and viewed your email accounts from there? It will say which email is the primary email you can access it here.

Do you have any emails of the errors you receiving?
