Hi
I am the primary account holder on my account.
My account was originally an ntlworld.com account which was transitioned over to VM.
When I login with the only credentials I have it tells me I only have secondary account holder privileges so cannot view my bill or make any changes.
Could somebody please advise me of the process I need to follow to get my primary account reinstated or the credentials changed to something that I know?

I have the account number, the area code ref and can Provide details of the latest bill amount and date but only from my credit card statement.

Sorry to hear this has happened
It normally is an easy fix from here and can usually take 5 days or so
So I can get the ball rolling and access your account
I will need to send you a private message to pass security
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
