Hi,
I had a broadband contract end in January and a new contract taken out around April however my online account is still linked to the old contract. Could you please change this so I can access the account.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your old account being linked to your new one.
We could submit a request for the previous login details to be transferred to your new account if you are able to confirm security for both accounts and they are in your name.
If you would like to proceed with this, please respond to the private message from myself (purple envelope).
You also have the option to register with a new email address so if you do decide to do this, please let us know.
