Online my Service Change Receipt says that my monthly Service Charge is £108.25 but my last two bills (and February) says £118.24 (£9.99 more) Which is the correct amount. If the bill was broken down further for each service it would be much easier to check.
I suspected that was the case. I changed last October (removed phone and added Premier Sports) but only looked at the online Service Charge today. I assumed the Bill was correct but that the online contract did not include the Premier sports. As I said in my post if the bill was broken down better it would show up errors or omissions.
