On Hold

Hello

I am trying to speak to someone in customer services regarding charges on my account. I was on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes and got cut off. I then phoned back and was again on hold for 1 hour and got cut off!!! 2 hours on hold and still I can not get through. Can you please tell me how I can speak to someone? I do understand that you are busy at weekends but 2 hours seriously.

I’ve just got off the phone to them. Called ‭0333 254 8730‬ at 15.40 and after about 15 mins got through to someone regarding my bill and charges. 

Try the number above if that’s not what you’re doing. I didn’t have an issue getting through

Thank you so much I used that number and was answered within 5 minutes!! Account issue resolved. I was calling 150 from my virgin mobile to customer services which appears not to be the way to go.
