Old hub/router

Been told by engineers installing my new tv box that my old hub is ancient 6years old and I should request a new one . He would have done it but he only gets paid for the job allotted to him time wise . I’ve phoned 150 got told that it would cost me £30 plus said I wasn’t happy and would like to speak to customer services . To which he replied he was customer service 🤦‍♀️ Said I wasn happy and would take it further and how no up as I was so angry and frustrated

Presuming you mean you’ve had a V6 installed and assuming it’s working well, I would be happy that your current Superhub is doing a good job and not wish to change it.

I assume your broadband has no current issues?
