O2 SIM not received

I've got Volt M350 fibre broadband which is supposed to come with an O2 sim, I started my plan on the 19th of Feb and received the WiFi Hub on the 23rd but still waiting for the O2 sim card to turn up (it's now 2nd march) . Just wondering if this is a normal waiting time for the sim card(it said it could take up to 7 days). Is there anyway I can get one sent out?

Sorry to hear that your O2 has not arrived, and we certainly hope this has landed on your doorstep this morning

If not, this would be something that would need to be taken up with O2, as it would be them sending it out
