O2 Priority App - Oops, something went wrong

Hi, ever since trying unsuccessfully to obtain Peter Kay tickets, I have never managed to log into the Priority App, using the "Log in with Virgin Media" option, as it always brings the same error "Oops, something went wrong".

I have logged out and back into the Priority app, reinstalled it several times, tried accessing it whilst logged into my "My Virgin Media" app - and then whilst logged out. All to no avail.

What else can I try, as I'm sure I'm missing out of some free coffee's?

It sounds like the team at O2 may already be working on it, so give them a few hours to get it resolved 🙂
