NB: We've recently switched to a Broadband only package.
We've just had a service outage due to "Planned maintenance" which has caused issues as we both work from home.
Based on reading these forums, it should be possible to sign up for advance notifications of planned maintenance - having checked my account it does not seem possible to actually sign up for these.
In addition, I'm unable to update my account contact details to provide a mobile contact number - instead the account contact number remains our old VM landline number which of course is now out of service.
Any idea how I can fix both of these without a lengthy wait to speak to customer services?
