I purchased the VIVID 200 Optical Fibre bundle, on the student rolling contract deal. This was done on Wednesday 29th August, and I recieved a confirmation email on that same date. Since then however, I've recieved nothing, no further contact of any kind. This means I haven't recieved my contract and as such I'm worried about moving into my house, which happens on Saturday (15/10/18).
I've tried online chat, but they have no record of my order whatsoever, which is massively concerning. The house I'm moving to previously had VM, and I was told it could take 2 weeks to close the account currently registered to the adress.
