Not receiving email to verify email address - Virgin Media

Hi,

I've been trying to register for My Virgin Media having just had my Internet installed.

It's saying to refer to the email sent to verify my email address on the 5th August, but I never received an email.

I have on multiple days pressed the button for another verification email to be sent but I've not had any emails through.

I spoke to someone on the phone who stated that i would be able to access the My Virgin Media account once my Internet was installed, but that was done on Monday and I'm still unable to get into the account.

Any advice?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues registering for virgin media. I can resend this for you again and if you don't receive it it may need an IT ticket. I will pop you over a private message to look into this for you just keep your eye open for the purple envelope 🙂
