I signed up to virgin media yesterday and I'm not getting my verification email to set up my account.
I received the first email about 2 hours after requesting it but it had expired. I have since requested a new verification email and have not received anything. I've checked spam and nothing.
Not a great start VM...

After another 25min on hold, this issue is finally resolved.
