Hi,
I have Virgin Media M100 and an O2 pay monthly SIM, but when I click Volt on the O2 app it is saying...
Any ideas why I'm seeing this message instead of an option to claim the benefits?
I definitely haven't received them because my O2 account is still on the same Data package and my broadband is still M100

Thanks for your query regarding the Volt upgrade
As both accounts are in your name
They also need to be in the exact same format as well
If you can check both accounts and see if there are any differences that would be great
Then let me know and I can look at getting the Virgin Media one to match the O2 one

I had also raised this issue through O2 support and the problem has now been resolved.
