Normal behaviour from VM Customer Service WhatsApp chat?

Is this normal behaviour that I should expect from Virgin Media Customer Service?

I understand this to be a threatI understand this to be a threat

This was then followed by 7 (and counting) calls received from 0345 454 1111

 

and they are still coming inand they are still coming in

This was from their retention team

We've only got one screenshot of abit of conversation. Can you provide detail as what the conversation was, as if you did contact to cancel originally, then this has been processed for you by looks of the screenshot.

Its quite a long chat. 

I was only enquiring about how much notice I could give as my contract ends in Jan 2022. At absolutely no point did I give a 30 day notice from today. That's why I am shocked to receive such a message followed by 7 missed calls.

Its also obvious from the post from the virgin media representative at 18:23 and again at 18:26 as they are still asking questions about what I wanted to do. 

This is then followed by the very questionable message @18:27 about cancelling my services if I don't reply to his messages. Which gets worse as they then go on and ask if we are still connected. (how would one reply if we were disconnected?)
