Hi,
I left Virgin last month after 20+ years loyal customer. On cancellation I was informed I would receive a credit cheque to settle my account. I still haven't received it and my virgin login is unsurprisingly dead. Can anyone suggest the department I need to contact please?

I am sad to see that after your 20 years with us, we have now lost you.
As for the refund, this will come 14/15 days after your final bill date.
What date is your final bill for? Have you checked this?

Hi Philip,
Thank you for reaching back out, when an account is cancelled and any credits are left on the account the cheque is sent around 42 days after the disconnection date, apologies this wasn't advised.
