The team have determined that the chamber doesn't belong to us, there may be Virgin Media cables in there, however in some instances we do use chambers that either belong to the council or other companies.
Have you spoken to the council about this at all? As they would likely have records of all chambers, particularly those owned by the council.
I will send you an update as soon as I get one from the team, I've asked that question to the team to as to why we didn't recognise or acknowledge that the grid was one of ours and will let you know when I get an update.
