No welcome email?

Hello,

Received self installation kit a couple of days ago but haven't received any sort of welcome emails or contract agreement yet? 

Have tried contacting numerous people (sales team, customer care team etc). but everytime I get passed onto someone else who can't help.

Currently unable to do anything with my account till I have a welcome email.
