Hi,
This looks like a common issue so hopefully I can provide all necessary information here.
I took out a new Broadband account online on the 7th July, service is fine and no issues so far with that.
However, I do not receive a verification email when registering the account, all spam and junk folders have been checked, and I've already received contracts and feedback forms via email. I got in touch via phone earlier today and they had no idea what was happening, they even sent me a test email while on the phone and that came through immediately.
I don't receive any error messages, and if I attempt to login to my account I just get a message telling me that my account is awaiting verification.
Any help would be appreciated!

Update!
I have tried again and am now receiving the DEF01 error.
Desperate to get in to my account to update some details!
