No surprise there - new deal

Our contract with Virgin has expired or is due to very shortly. On the home page there was an adjacent box telling me what to explore my new deal but WHAT A SURPRISE THERE IS NO LINK!!!! Get the ever present OOPS sorry, what a con.

My daughter has started working for Virgin in a high up capacity and was told she could expect 'mates rates ' for family. We have been with Virgin donkeys years, so were quite thrilled . Again no surprise it only applies to new subscribers!!! Loyalty means nothing these days does it?
