I have filled in a VM complaint form online to ask question about an incorrect bill having tried to resolve unsuccessfully with call centre. Unfortunately, despite filling in the form and receiving an automatic confimatory email in response I have received no reply and that was over a month ago.Not really sure what is the next step so would appreciate some advice.
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry you've not received a reply to your complaint, I understand the annoyance that would cause. We do aim to resolve all complaints within 28 days but occasionally we do go beyond this timescale if busier than normal.
