  • Hello everyone, my flatmate recently purchased a broadband package  around a week ago for our new flat.
  • We opted for self instalation and were told the device would come in two days later and it never showed up. We received no emails from the courier to this day.
  • Additionally, the contract she received via email did not contain a customer account number so we are unable to get into the call centre or create.
  • How can we go about setting up a new delivery date?
