Hi
I was given a new contract by retentions today over the phone today. The person said they would email the contract and confirmation of bill credit within 5 minutes. I have not received them. Nothing is showing on my on line account.
Can a mod check for me as phoning takes up to an hour waiting in a queue.

Since joining I have changed my email address and the new contract would not reached me....
I have updated my email in my account settings,
Can the new contract be sent again. Or do I need to call, I have messaged to mod who pm'd me?
