Hello, I have placed the order for broadband twice - one was in July, the other was in the last week and I didn't receive anything except the order summary and pre-contract. I rang VM many times, and I was told that there was no my account and that I needed to wait. I HAVE waited two months! I don't understand it. Is it difficult to activate an account and give me the router? Can someone help me? I will appreciate it.
