This morning I agreed a new contract with virgin media but I've recieved no confirmation email of any sort and on my account I can see what should be my old package, still scheduled to be charged to me at a high price... please help

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you haven't received any notification around the new package you signed up to, I have been able to locate your account, and it looks like you have spoken to us since your last post, when a new deal is taken this is added on a 30-Day notice period and the contract letter/ Email is usually received around 5 Days later, if you do need any further help with this or anything else, please do not hesitate to reach back out to us?
