Moved house in Oct 2021. Contract should have rolled over to new address but instead a completely new one was commenced. This was sent out to someone else so I never saw it. I have just accessed it today on my account when attempting to review my package/bundle. I am dissatisfied with this. No-one available to discuss either issue of contract to wrong person or to review my package/bundle. Frustrated getting nowhere with attempts to contact.
