No agents available on 'chat' re request to change package.

Moved house in Oct 2021. Contract should have rolled over to new address but instead a completely new one was commenced. This was sent out to someone else so I never saw it. I have just accessed it today on my account when attempting to review my package/bundle. I am dissatisfied with this. No-one available to discuss either issue of contract to wrong person or to review my package/bundle. Frustrated getting nowhere with attempts to contact.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you aren't happy with the package and the fact it was re-contracted without your knowledge when moving.
