Hi,
I have been a customer of Virgin Media for just over a year. I was never sent any information containing my account number therefore am unable to sign up for My Virgin Media so have never seen a single bill. I also dont get any emails telling me when bills are ready. Despite many attempts to get information online & chatting with bots I've gotten nowhere. Please can you help?

I'm sorry to hear you've never received any information from us when registering your account. This could be due to various reasons, for example, a mis-spelt email, or your email configuration.
