No access to our broadband virgin media ACCOUNT.

Just looking for any advice really.

My Family has been with Virgin broadband for over a decade now. Now we have a problem where we have absolutely no access to our account, since everything would have been bought over the phone back in the day.

Whenever virgin made it compulsory to have an email associated to a customer they seem to have generate one for us. Problem is we obviously don't have access to that email. I managed to get the email address name but that is all i can do.

When i try a forgot password on that email they generated for us on virgin Medias portal, it expects us to provide information from our last bill. Problem is, we haven't received a paper bill since 2011. The information we need to access our account is locked behind that very same information on the account we don't have.

I've tried calling them, to be told by a machine that covid 19 has shutdown the call centre.

 

What do i do?
