Hi,
I recently placed an order for internet through a sales rep at my door (after I looked online first) - I've not received any Welcome email or letters in the post (I've checked both regular and junk emails)
I've had a text about confirming any work that needs to be done to get my connection set up on the date I asked for, so it looks like it's been processed, but I don't have the rest of my details so I can finish setting up an Virgin account and everything.
