No Contract

Ordered a virgin broadband package on the 1st of the month, now it's the 15th with no emailed contract, one through the post OR a hub delivered.

Can't even register an account to track the package because I haven't got my account number yet.

Anyone else have problems with this?

You should phone customer services and get them to check into it.
