No 6 digit code arriving for o2 priority app

So im trying to register everything for the o2 priority app. I log in using my VM details and get this on the screen👇🏼

 i continue to the next page 👇🏼 and enter my phone number.

 the greyed out “send code” becomes blue and i click it and this this 👇🏼

It shows my correct phone number and obviously says the message has been sent. But i get nothing?!?!! 
im using an iPhone. I disabled iMessage just as a test, but nothing. I restarted, nothing. Ive also tried at different times of the day, but nothing still. I’ve been trying for almost a week now, to no avail. 
can ANYBODY help?? Please 😕

Hi Ad_The_Pad, 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community although I am sorry to hear that you're having this issue. 

As you're needing to confirm the details through the O2 online account, and the mobile network itself is O2 you're best bet is to contact them directly.

Hi, I don’t have an account with o2. I am trying to use o2 priority through my virgin media account. And enter my EE number. 
I have already logged in using my VM details (which they have verified already) All they are asking for now is my number, That’s all. And I’m not getting a registration code.

Hello @Ad_The_Pad,

Can you please confirm that your phone provider is with EE? Do you  usually receive verification codes via SMS? Do you have another phone number that you could check to see if it works?

Hi Hayley, its all sorted now.

I usually receive everything sent to me. It was just this code. Also, yes im on EE.

the other phone i used was my wife’s phone which is also on EE and the code went straight through. 

Extremely odd situation?!?
