New user pasword error

Hi team ,

i am new user to vigin mobiles and when i am trying to create an account in the my virgin app it not allows me to create an account as when i setup the password for that it always show that you cannot use this password and i have tried with n number of combinations but nothing works .

could you please help here to get this sorted .

I am so sorry to hear you're having some complications registering for an online account for your Virgin Mobile services. Can you clear your cache and cookies and then head to this link and try registering, please?

I am getting this error while i am creating my account for broadband not for mobile .

Please help to sort this out it is not at all good .
