Just. Moved house and found out that£20 instlation fee pluss last bill off old house and 2 months bill at new house and finding it hard to pay the bill. As all other things that is to pay too move should be able to make the. Payment. Sometimes next week

Sorry for any confusion around your bill after moving. When starting a new account as a new customer or when transferring services from a former address your first bill is always a double bill (as explained here: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-first-bill) and when transferring services from another address any outstanding bills/charges from that account would carry over as well.
With regards to the £20 setup fee - this should have been communicated when signing up and confirmed on the email you received about your new account as well.
