New deal

I accepted the offer of a new deal, but my new contract does not match the offer. Please can someone from Virgin Media pick this up and help me sort it out?

@Nebula the forum staff don't get that involved in changing packages, would really need to have a chat to the same department you spoke too

Hey Oomph Bundle is £89 now for 12 months - shafting us who were forced to pay £99 - i don't care for GB speeds when my contract is up I am going back to an ISP who gives ALL customers the SAME - even when the price drops we all get a drop!
