Hi,

I’m a new customer. Every time I try to register for an account I get either an error message or that I can’t use the password I have entered even though it matches all of the requirements.

can anyone help as to how I make an account?

Welcome to the community!
Sorry to hear you've not been able to register for an online account. Can you please try using a browser other than Chrome and use the link here. When creating your password please follow this criteria; 

  • Between 8-10 characters
  • Start with a letter
  • Contain at least one number
  • No special characters#

Let me know how you get on and if you're still unable to register. Can you also advise what the error code/messages you are getting?

I have tried again in a new browser and following the link and I receive this error code Code: DEF01
