New contract

Signed up to virgin big bundle last Friday 7th June,signed all my paper etc .

salesman told me engineer would come out next Thursday (13th) before the installation gang fitted my fibre broadband etc on the 20th.

i have tried to register on their website but the site has been under repair for a week and cannot register,so i phoned them up to check the date the engineer was coming,i was told either Thursday or Friday, so i waited two days and guess what? no show ,Kelly communications has been out to put a box in the pavement but no engineer for me to talk to.

So far i am not impressed and i am thinking of getting out now before its too late ,have i been unlucky or is this typical of Virgin media?
