New contract confirmation

Hi, Yesterday I called customers services regarding difficulty paying my Bill due to short term financial problems I successfully got my Broadband monthly charge reduced for 12 months and got an additional credit.

I have the credit applied to my account but I have yet to sign or see my new contract, it still has the old one... the customers services advisor told me they were having problems with the computer system when I called but advised me that everything had gone through ok.

Just wondering if I should call back and chase or wait.

Hi Andyhuk, 

 

Did you get a confirmation email? You may have to check your email folders. However if nothing is there, you can also confirm by logging into your account online here, virg.in/myVM.

Hi Corey, No I've had no email confirmation and I just checked my contract online and it's still the old one.

I can confirm we were having some issues yesterday, is it still showing the old contract now?

Have you had any confirmation via email maybe in your junk or spam folders?
